A community project for the people of Mablethorpe

The Visions 07 project created a film called 'Mablethorpe Past And Present' designed to be a visual record of Mablethorpe over the last century for future generations. The film was compiled with the help of the local community and featured photographs, films and music from their personal archives as well as some proffesional content. It was warmly receieved when premiered at Mablethorpes Loewen cinema on 25th November 2007.

Perhaps you live in one of our many retirement homes and you can’t get out to the Cinema. Maybe you would like to view the film at your club, school, or village hall? Just ask! We have the equipment to bring the film to you. There will be a small charge to cover costs but that’s all. Maybe you will be inspired to contribute to our future projects!
