2008 proved to be a big learning curve for the Visions team. Several small projects were successfully completed and our involvement within the community has grown.
Support and encouragement from East Lindsey District Council has spurred us on to seek more funding in order that we continue the project into 2009.
Please note our contact details have changed due to the appointing of our new committe at our AGM which was held on November 3rd at Mablethorpe's Eagle Hotel.
the vision
Our current project is the completion of a second film following on from Mablethorpe Past & Present (more info soon).
Looking ahead, we intend to set up a film alliance for local people, schools, clubs, etc incorporating the young and the old. By bringing together different groups to achieve a mutual goal, learn new skills and have fun, we hope to bring back some of Mablethorpe's community spirit!
